EazyBox – Terms & Conditions

1. Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

 

2. Products & Services

• EazyBox offers custom-made jewelry packaging and ready-made jewelry boxes.

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only. Minor variations may occur due to customization or production processes.

 

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship both locally within Hong Kong and internationally.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Repairs

• Custom-made products:

  • Non-refundable.

  • Customers may return items for repair within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Ready-made products:

• Refunds are available within 15 days of receipt.

• Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• For custom-made designs, ownership belongs to the client after purchase.

• EazyBox retains the right to use the design for portfolio and reference purposes only.

• EazyBox will not reproduce or sell the design to other customers.

 

7. Liability & Warranty

• EazyBox products are intended for packaging purposes only.

• We are not responsible for misuse, damage caused by improper handling, or consequential losses.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear or misuse.

 

8. Amendments

• EazyBox reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
