  • Custom-made jewelry boxes: Production requires 2–3 weeks before shipping.

  • Ready-made products: Dispatched within 3 working days after order confirmation.

 

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic deliveries typically take 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International deliveries vary depending on destination and courier, usually 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

 

5. Tracking
